Final approval of all items is at the discretion of the donation pick-up driver and ThriftSmart staff. Drivers and staff reserve the right to refuse materials based on current inventory and the item’s condition. Items that are broken, stained, ripped, non-working, covered with pet fur, smell, or in bad condition will be rejected. Everything must be located on the ground floor no more than five steps to enter donor’s residents. If donor lives in an apartment building they must have an elevator that fits all their donations.
