  • Items will be donated to ThriftSmart on your behalf and you will receive donation receipts.

  • Items will be recycled when they are not suitable for donation.

  • Same day or next day pickups often available (Mon-Sat).

  • Can pick up from multiple floors. Curbside or inside pickup is available.

  • Items of ANY condition picked up.

  • Our team can disassemble furniture.

  • The pick-up fee is typically determined based on how much space the items take in the truck.

Standard Free Pick-up

  • This is a FREE service with no cost to you.

  • We can only accept items that we can resell at ThriftSmart to benefit our supported charities.

  • All donated items must be on ground level in your home or in the garage.

  • Large events such as church, consignment and neighborhood sales welcome.

  • We GUARANTEE a pickup slot for eligible items within 14 days.
